Process Research Products (PRP), NJ is a manufacturer of specialty electronic chemicals primarily used in the Poly Silicon Wafer Processing Industry. PRP also provides the Mono Crystalline Solar Cell industry with wire saw oils and photovoltaic cleaning chemicals.
Our product lines, AQUALAP, SILCOOL, ULTRACLEAN, and SILCUT are state-of-the-art products for lapping, and wire sawing. PRP products are also used in processing quartz, sapphire, as well as opto-electronic crystal substrates such as ceramics and gallium arsenide. Different products are used in the Ball Bearing Industry for flashing, grinding, and ball lapping of steel balls. Products are Silicon Carbide and Aluminum Oxide lapping slurries. Industrial uses are lapping and cleaning of piston rings, differential gears, gerotors, valves, fuel injectors, and mechanical seals.
